Gods of the Modern World -- Orozco

Yep, that's a skeleton giving birth to a baby skeleton. This is a mural by Orozco that can be found at the Baker Library of Dartmouth College, where perhaps I will go someday, if my stars are lucky. It is part of a larger spread known as the Epic of American Civilization.

While I'm talking about Colleges-I-Want-To-Go-To-That-Have-Murals-By-Orozco, I am compelled to mention as well Prometheus, a work executed in the dining hall at Pomona College in Claremont, California, on the opposite side of America from Dartmouth. This one is pretty good too!
